What to expect

  • 30 days from delivery. Start your return within 30 days of the day your order was delivered.
  • No restocking fee. Return shipping is free when it's our mistake; otherwise it's yours to cover (see below).
  • Our mistake, our label. If an item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item or something you didn't order, we send you a free prepaid label.
  • Changed your mind? Ordered too many, the wrong part, or no longer need it: use our prepaid FedEx or UPS Ground label (its cost comes off your refund, and you'll see the price before you choose), or ship it back yourself with any carrier at your own cost.
  • Condition. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in their original manufacturer packaging where applicable. Returns that arrive used, damaged by misuse or incomplete may be refused or refunded in part.
  • Not returnable. Some items, such as pipe cut to length and special-order parts, can't be returned. They're marked when you start your return.
  • One return per order. Include everything you're sending back in a single return. Write your return number (your order number followed by -R) on the outside of the box.
  • Refunds. We inspect returns when they arrive and refund the items to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Damaged in transit? Let us know within 7 days of delivery, keep the box and packaging, and send a photo if you can.
